i'll admit its bloody hard work if you pressure yourself, like i have. Some people ive met are lucky and this stuff flows out of them like an exhale.
just practise the hell out of it and hope at some point you enjoy it, thats how its been for me:P lol

though mind you never been a rat/mouse tf fan =p but i always like looking at the new stuff now
