I like the overall ending look of the spikes, but I think her face looked better in the 4th frame. I just think her snout is a little bit too long, but other than that, the final piece is a very interesting outcome.
I can't believe Hedgehogs have no respect. :( I think you deserve props for this absolutely amazing transformation of a beautiful woman to a really cute hedgehog girl.
