Somle, skunk spray is not their piss. They try to avoid using the former, since while they can hold multiple "shots", it takes more than a week to recharge. Since she didn't "go off" from the fright of the transformation, she's probably okay.
Then again, as a horror movie werewolf she's going to be picking fights. And should a target manage to fight back hard enough, well....
