By accessing Transfur.com ('the Service', 'us', 'we', 'the Site', 'Transfur'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Conditions of Use ('Terms', 'Conditions', 'ToS'), all applicable laws and regulations, and you agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the Site. The materials contained in the Site are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

Use License

1. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on the Site for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. Users of Transfur.com may upload and display opinions, images, information, and materials on their personal account pages. Transfur does not hold any copyright or proprietary claims on user materials uploaded and displayed in this fashion. All users maintain their own original copyrights and trademarks on any user materials they upload and display. By uploading these user materials to Transfur.com you agree and warrant that you are the sole copyright holder of these materials or that you have complete and legal permission from the copyright holder of these materials to use and display them in this fashion. You agree and warrant that you shall not claim to hold copyright or any other proprietary claim over any materials that you do not in actuality have legal claim to. User Behavior and Offenses

You agree that:

5. You will not promote or glorify intolerance, use hateful terms, or signify hate against anyone, including without limitation on the basis of race, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or other minority groups.

You will not attempt to use the Service in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Service, or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the services, including without limitation by: uploading or otherwise disseminating any virus, adware, spyware, worm, or other malicious code; or interfering with or disrupting any network, equipment, or server connected to or used by the Site, or violating any regulation, policy, or procedure of any network, equipment, or server.

Transfur may revise the Terms at any time without notice. By using the Site you agree to be bound by the most current version of the Terms. It is the responsibility of users to check the Terms often to keep themselves aware of the current agreements.

Governing Law

Any claim relating to Transfur.com shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
