He's probably like, "Mom! I told you to put the sunscreen in the bag, not turtle wax!" lol And he's becoming a she isn't he...cool pic...
I think we can safely assume, as it is a turtle he is becoming, his manhood is tucked away inside his shell where turtles keep it. Therefore he is not becoming a she.
