Looks like a homage to the old 80's TV series Manimal. The black panter was one of the two habitual TF of the series, at least once per episode (the other one was the hawk)
This is a terrific sequence - and so hot! I love the way his pants shrink into shorts and his tail bursts rigidly through the back of them. :P And the way he bends down, like he couldn't give a damn anyone's watching, is the hottest thing of all. :D Awesome!!!
