It's alright for a concept sketch, but you might want to try drawing straight up rats- they don't really have a forehead like that- what you have there looks a bit like a cross between a wolf and a bear ^^'
She isn't a rat yet.. just is transforming in like the 50%
Perhaps you're unfamiliar with 'anthro' animals.
regardless of where this girl is in her transformation, I think she's pretty cute so far. good job on the sketch.
