Perhaps using an aquintance of the artist as model, there are countless reasons for that. In the end, art's just art, and mostly lies in the eye of the beholder. Nice work regardless.
That would look out of place in a werewolf RPG sourcebook... Because it's TOO good! :-P Absolutely gorgeous, mixed media TF pics have a particularly ephemeral quality to them that works especially well with the werewolf/shifter character type. Wonderful work as always, Tamen! ^^
