I'd guess older than that, based on the ID tags and scientific environment... but based entirely on the character, I couldn't pin it down more precisely than 'young adult', being that period between adolescence and middle age.
On another note, I love this picture. As bats are my favourite animal (and my fursona) I naturally like it, but the fact it's called Ben (my irl name) makes this even better! Absolutely awesome!
