This gooy guy came from an old RP. In this realm, humans were beset by an unknown phenomenon that only affected a small portion of the population, but if an individual stumbled upon it would become what was called a PokeNu.

Not a skunk. Honey badgers look similar but skunk tails are erect, ready to fire stink.
Honey badgers don't have stink, so their tails aren't always erect, as with our subject here.
