Kyleiscool i commisioned the artwork over on FA, he's a stubby anthro corgi, i can see where it seems like that, but, it's not, he's an anthro corgi going to an anthro otter, and going from 3ft tall to 5'9", so, that might be why....then again, i just told kres "tf picture of corgi to otter" who knows!
