I had a buncha free time earlier this week and all the talk about the Supermoon got me inspired to turn myself into a... squirrel. Don't know why, it was just the first thing to pop into my mind. Was originally going to be a very quick and dirty sketchy thing but a) I'm a terribly slow draw-er and b) I got too invested by the 2nd page. EDIT: It is complete! Turns out I love drawing rats. Of TMNT fame. This was a blast from the past, I loved the cartoon when I was a kid. I think the last time I drew April was about 15 years ago. An artwork that requires some background. The San bushmen are a hunter-gatherer indigenous people who live in the Kalahari and Namib deserts of Southern Africa.
